WHAT IT IS:

An Intensely pigmented, full-coverage brow mascara.

WHAT IT DOES:

Adheres evenly to skin and hair then sets quickly and stays in place for instantly dramatic brows. For softer definition, remove excess onto the edge of the tube and apply using a lighter hand.

HOW YOU USE IT:

Using short, upward motions, brush the precision applicator along the brow starting at the inner point and moving outward. To fill in areas of sparseness, use a gentle pressing motion while shaping and sculpting the brow. For the most natural results, always brush in the direction of hair growth.
